MILL MASTERS Tube Mill Models

Ultra Series
The Mill Masters Ultra Series Tube Mill utilizes High Frequency Induction Welding process.
We estimate the line speed of this mill to be between 100-150 MPM and 140 MPM for radiator tubes and maximum 310 MPM is estimated for charge air tubes. Speeds depend on tube size and material thickness.

It is designed for producing Flat Oval tubes ranging from 12mm to 90mm heights in a variety of materials including Aluminum, Brass, Copper, and Cuprobraze. Actual capability depends on tube wall thickness and tube cross section. The Ultra Series welds the flat oval tube in a near net shape resulting in reduced strip width, improved dimensional control, and reduced gage thickness.


Applications:
Automotive heat exchangers, Radiators, Heater Cores,
Condensers, Oil Coolers, EGR Coolers and Charge air coolers.

Elite Series
The Mill Masters Elite Series Tube Mill utilizes High Frequency Induction Welding process to allow you to achieve high production rates and speeds up to 600 feet per minute. It is designed for producing Flat Oval tubes ranging from 12mm to 85mm heights in a variety of materials including Aluminum, brass, and Cuprobraze. The Elite Series welds the flat oval tube in a near net shape resulting in a reduced strip width, improved dimensional control, and reduced gage thickness.


Applications:
Automotive heat exchangers, Radiators, Heaters, Condensers, Oil Coolers, and Charge air coolers.

Premier Series
The Mill Masters Premier Series of tube mills utilize TIG/MIG/or Plasma Welding, as it's weld source.
The Premier Series has the capacity to produce virtually any weldable material including copper, brass, aluminum, inconnel®, carbon and stainless steel. Tube sizes ranging from 6mm to 76mm OD, in any shape equivalent to the OD. The Premier Series utilizes weld in the round technology and then forms to size after the weld.

Spectrum Series
The Mill Masters Spectrum Series of tube mills utilize High Frequency Induction Welding as it's weld source. The Spectrum Series has the capacity to produce aluminum, brass, steel or 400 series stainless tube ranging from 6mm to 76mm OD in any shape equivalent to the OD. By welding the tube in a round shape, and reforming it to size, the Spectrum is one of the most versatile mills offered. Mill Masters Spectrum series High Frequency Welded Tube Mills are an excellent candidate for welding cable at a very high speed when compared to the more traditional way of welding with TIG.

Mill Masters Spectrum High Frequency Welded Cable Mill.

By using high frequency for welding the aluminum or copper tape around your inner core and then by reducing the outer shield, Mill Masters can increase your cable production by upwards of 10 times your current output.. Wall thicknesses from .008"(.2mm) to .040"(1mm), and diameters from .250"(6.35mm) to 1"(25.4mm) can run at speeds in excess of 400fpm (122mpm). The Mill Masters HF welded tube mill utilizes a unique process that enables you to weld your cable with little or no coolant. The end result is   a dry cable prior to the weld area, thus eliminating the possibility of any contaminants getting inside to the core area.

Mill Masters also offers the Premier series TIG cable mills for lower production requirements. Both the Spectrum series and Premier series utilize the latest technology and state of the art controls. Both series can be supplied as a completely integrated mill system, from payoff through to the take up, or as a partial system designed around your applicable existing components. Quantum Series
The Mill Masters Quantum Series of tube mills utilize a lockseam or folded tube technology. The Quantum Series has the capacity to produce aluminum or brass flat oval tube ranging from 9mm to 50mm in height. This series of tube mill is an inexpensive alternative to the welded mills due to the absence of a welder.

Applications:
Automotive Heat Exchangers, Radiators, Heater Cores, and Oil Coolers.
